Roma have put negotiations with West Ham United for Gianluca Scamacca on hold.
Over the past few weeks, the capital club had been engaged in talks with West Ham for the transfer of Scamacca.
However, in recent days the Giallorossi decided to freeze all communications with the Hammers – reports Il Tempo – as Roma GM Tiago Pinto is only willing to go as far as offering a loan with obligation based on select conditions.
West Ham, on the other hand, are hoping for a permanent deal for the Italian attacker and are thus willing to wait for Roma to pick up talks eventually in the coming weeks.
