Roma reach base agreement for Udinese’s Juan Musso

A report today published by SportItalia has claimed that Roma have beaten Inter in the race for Udinese’s highly sought after goalkeeper, Juan Musso.

Reportedly, the Giallorossi held talks with the Friulian side following yesterday’s fixture between the two, which ended 3-0 in favor of Roma. A base agreement was found between Roma executive, Tiago Pinto, and Udinese’s management for the transfer of the Argentine to the Italian capital.

Roma have been keen to find a new shot-stopper this summer after Pau Lopez, the club’s most expensive goalkeeper purchase, has been extremely underwhelming since he arrived in 2019.

Musso has become a hot commodity this season thanks to his sensational performances and caught the attention of multiple clubs both in Italy and abroad.
