Roma and Milan are continuing to negotiate over the transfer of Tammy Abraham.
The ex-Chelsea striker is an explicit request made by Paulo Fonseca who would like another experienced striker to be paired up with Alvaro Morata.
However, negotiations between the two clubs have been difficult given Roma’s high asking price: around 35 million euros in total.
In order to lower this fee, Milan have been trying to convince Roma to consider the inclusion of a counterpart.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the latest suggestion of Alexis Saelemaekers is one that seems to appeal to the Giallorossi.
The newspaper claims that Roma are ready to evaluate Saelemaekers’ inclusion in the deal given Daniele De Rossi’s need for an additional winger.
