Roma ready to welcome Pedro in coming weeks

RomaPress – One of the first reinforcements that Roma will welcome this summer is out-of-contract Chelsea attacker Pedro.

The Spaniard has had an agreement in place with Roma on a free transfer for almost two months — but first, he must complete his commitments with the Blues.

Frank Lampard’s side will participate in the FA Cup final this Saturday before they face Bayern Munich for the second leg of their Champions League tie on 8 August.

As of now, the Giallorossi plan on bringing the former Barcelona man to the Italian capital immediately following the conclusion of Chelsea’s European commitment.

Pedro will undergo his medical examinations at Villa Stuart and sign his contract with the club. The attacker will then go on holiday before beginning his adventure with Roma.
