Both Roma and Juventus have a common interest ahead of the January transfer window: to find additional resources for their respective midfields.
Juventus are currently trying to off-load Aaron Ramsey. The Welshman has been sidelined with injuries for the most part of his time with he Bianconeri, and does not fit the club’s plans going forward.
Recently, Juve offered Ramsey on loan to Roma. The loan would have been free, with Juve willing to cover 60% of the player’s salary.
However, Corriere dello Sport reports that Roma have rejected the offer. The Giallorossi are not interested in Ramsey due to his persisting physical problems.
Moreover, Roma do not consider him a good fit for the club’s project.
