Roma are in talks to send Carles Perez back to Celta Vigo.
The Spanish attacker -on his way out of the capital club – has expressed his desire to return to Vigo.
However, Mundo Deportivo reports that Celta Vigo’s first proposal of €5 million has been dismissed by the Giallorossi.
Roma want to earn at least €8 million from Carles Perez’s sale.
