Roma are closely monitoring the situation around Federico Chiesa’s contractual talks with Juventus.

The Italian winger is Roma’s priority and dream signing for the summer.

In recent weeks, Roma boss Daniele De Rossi has often insisted on the need to have fast and good one-on-one players on the wing. Characteristics that, certainly, belong to Federico Chiesa of Juventus.

As reported by Il Corriere dello Sport, the Juventus winger is still on Roma’s radar.

Roma is monitoring the situation and the developments of the negotiations between Juventus and the player for the renewal of the contract, which expires in 2025.

The newspaper reports that Thiago Motta, who is set to become Juve’s new coach, would not protest Chiesa’s eventual departure.

Meanwhile, Napoli’s interest in Chiesa must also be noted while De Rossi himself spoke to Chiesa on the phone.
