Roma remain on Diawara


Today’s edition of La Repubblica Bologna has reported that Bologna have made the decision to sell highly sought after midfielder Amadou Diawara with Roma closing in on a move for the player.

Reportedly, the decision has already been made to sell the player and also to start negotiations with Roma. Bologna, who are trying to turn around their financial situation (the club is expecting a €30 million loss on their 2015-2016 budget, and selling Diawara could help this.

Bologna have priced Diawara at €10-€14 million as the club of Joey Saputo is ready to sell the player.
