Roma are looking once more at Rennes striker Aranud Kalimuendo.
Having already made contact with him this past summer, Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi is testing the waters again to see if a possible reunion with the 22-year-old is possible this month.
The Giallorossi would in fact be interested in Kalimuendo as Dovbyk’s new back-up option, given Eldor Shomurodov’s imminent departure.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, after inquiring about Everton’s Beto, Roma have now shifted their focus onto Kalimuendo who has 8 goals in 16 appearances for Rennes this season.
