Roma continue their search for a long-term replacement of Tiago Pinto who will leave his post as General Manager of the club in February.
The Giallorossi are currently working on narrowing the extensive list of potential candidates for the job with the aim of announcing Pinto’s successor by mid-February.
According to Relevo journalist Matteo Moretto, Roma have recently renewed talks with former Giallorossi and AC Milan executive Frederic Massara.
Talks with Massara can be traced back to a few weeks ago, when Roma first announced Pinto’s scheduled departure.
The next sporting director will also have the difficult task of establishing clear long-term project for Roma and select the next coach as Daniele De Rossi’s contract is only valid until June.
