Roma reopen talks for Politano

Despite Roma boss Paulo Fonseca proclaiming his side would not make a further attempt to bring Matteo Politano the club, Gianluca Di Marzio has reported that the Giallorossi have reopened talks for the attacker.

After problems occurred in the swap deal with Inter which also involved Leonardo Spinazzola, Rome resumed contacts with the Nerazzurri for the former Sassuolo man. The teams are working to find an agreement on the basis of a loan with an option to buy.
