Roma seem to have identified Monza executive as their next sporting director.

As reported by Il Messaggero, Roma CEO Lina Souloukou has been hard at work to find and secure the services of Tiago Pinto’s successor following the Portuguese GM’s exit earlier this month.

The newspaper claims that Roma are keeping things quiet, avoiding to divulge information regarding their next sporting appointment.

However, the feeling among people close to the club is that Roma have already reserved Francois Modesto, effectively pinning him for an appointment in the summer.

There is increasing confidence that it will be Modesto – with whom Souloukou had already worked at Olympiakos between 2018 and 2022 – to lead the Giallorossi’s sporting area for the next years to come.
