Feyenoord defender Marcos Senesi is, according to several reports, the primary objective in the summer window for Roma when it comes to their defence.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that the Giallorossi have recently resumed contact with Senesi’s entourage.
The player’s contract with Feyenoord is set to expire next year and the Dutch side’s asking price of €15 million is deemed too high by the capital club.
In the meantime, Roma are trying to reach an agreement with the Argentine centre-back.
The Italian newspaper reports that €2 million in wages per season could be the agreed figure between club and player.
