Roma have finalized the deal that will allow Uruguayan fullback Matias Vina to move to Flamengo on a permanent basis.
The capital club will earn a reported fee of €9 million including add-ons, reports Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport.
Thus, Vina’s loan at Sassuolo will be interrupted and the player will permanently part ways with Roma after signing with them in 2021.
Sassuolo, however, have requested for Roma to offer them one Primavera player on loan until the end of the season.
The Neroverdi compiled a list of Primavera players they’re interested in which Roma must choose from if they want to complete Vina’s outgoing transfer: Joao Costa, Alessandro Romano, Sergej Levak, William Feola, Riccardo Pagano or Joao Gabriel Cardozo.
