Sky Sport have reported late this evening that Roma have refused Chelsea’s latest offer for Radja Nainggolan.
The English club have made the Belgian one of their main targets, however, Roma continue to resist and have shot down the London based club’s latest offer of €32 million plus €8 million in bonuses. The player isn’t pressing to leave and spoke recently about his intentions of wanting to remain in Italy.
