Sport.es: Barcelona are trying to sell various players and one of the easiest will be Aleix Vidal. The Barcelona player is wanted by various clubs, who have sounded out his people to find out the conditions of a possible deal. The latest is Roma, although they only seem like they will be able to loan with an option to buy.
The current sporting director, Monchi, knows Vidal perfectly well. He signed him for Sevilla from Almeria and made him an international. He always trusted him as a winger but in his final term at Sevilla he was a right-back. Monchi knows Vidal could be one of the best deals out there in the winter window.
However Vidal’s preferences are to stay in Spain. Sevilla have never hid their intentions to bring him back, but they are also not able to make a transfer offer at the moment – that could happen in June. They might loan him with an option to buy.
