Roma sporting director Gianluca Petrachi negotiating exit

RomaPress – After a recent bust-up with club president James Pallotta, Roma sporting director Gianluca Petrachi is currently negotiating his exit from the Giallorossi.

A source at Roma has confirmed to RomaPress that the 51 year-old has already opened talks to secure his departure from the capital club, less than 365 days since having joined.

Petrachi still has two years remaining on his contract with the club and earns over €1 million (net) per season plus bonuses. It’s unclear whether the parties will be able to reach an agreement given his wages plus the amount of time left remaining on his deal. However, Petrachi’s potential exit from the club is still growing closer.

This latest episodes comes just days after Petrachi and Pallotta had a row regarding an interview the latter gave to the club’s official website.
