Roma submit Europa League list: Smalling, Pastore not present

Roma published their roster list to UEFA today as it was revealed that Chris Smalling will not be available for this weekend’s Europa League showdown in Germany against Sevilla.

The Giallorossi have been engaged in negotiations with Manchester United for a number of months regarding the English defender, however, the sides have been unable to come an agreement in time for the match.

Midfielder Javier Pastore has also been left out as the Argentine has struggled with injuries throughout the entire season and is not in the plans of manager Paulo Fonseca.
