The future of Stephan El Shaarawy is yet to be determined as the Italian attacker nears the expiry of his contract with Roma.
El Shaarawy expressed willingness to take a paycut in order to facilitate a new deal with the Giallorossi, but so far no confirmation has been made with regards to the club’s plans to renew his contract.
Earlier today, a group of Roma supporters displayed a banner dedicated to El Shaarawy outside the gates of Trigoria.
The banner read, “Those who honor the shirt, deserve to wear it. Daje Stephan!”
