Roma target Davide Frattesi extends contract with Sassuolo until 2026

Davide Frattesi – whose potential return to the Italian capital in the summer has been subject to several market rumors – has officially extended his contract with Sassuolo until 2026.

The Neroverdi made the following announcement:

“The Sassuolo Calcio Sports Union announces the contractual renewal of the sports performances of the following player: Davide Frattesi (1999, midfielder) until 30 June 2026.”

This renewal will help boost Sassuolo’s negotiating powers given the attention that Frattesi has drawn over the course of this season.

In the meantime, Roma still hold 30% of his future resale value.
