Roma target Marcos Leonardo was rumored to be closing in on a move to the Italian capital in January.
The young attacker’s summer transfer collapsed after Santos rejected Roma’s initial offer.
However, a preliminary agreement had been found ahead of the January transfer window.
Despite this agreement, calciomercato.it reports that the Giallorossi are yet to finalize the formal agreement with the right offer.
In the meantime, Leonardo has drawn interest from the Premier League and Bundesliga with Eintracht Frankfurt making inquiries for him.
