Roma target and Tigre attacker Mateo Retegui recently discussed the possibility of joining Serie A in the summer.
The recently recruited Italian international spoke to La Gazzetta dello Sport about his future as he continues being linked with various Italian teams including Inter and Roma.
“I want to move to where it’s best for me. I’d love to come to Italy, but it’s still very early to talk about it.” said the young striker.
“But it would be wonderful to become an important player in Serie A, one who scores many goals. I feel the same way about the opportunity of scoring goals for Italy, one of the most important national teams in the world.”
