Roma are reportedly considering permanently parting ways with 19-year-old attacker Felix Afena-Gyan.
The player – launched by Jose Mourinho from the club’s Primavera – failed to improve over the course of the past season and is now deemed non-essential in the team’s plans going forward.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma want to sign Andrea Belotti as an alternative to Tammy Abraham, and are therefore pushing to move Felix away from the capital.
The Giallorossi are now intent on securing a permanent exit for the Ghanaian forward who recently extended his contract with the capital club.
Recent reports suggest that Salernitana might advance an offer for Felix whose eventual stay at Roma would not guarantee him regular playing time.
