Roma to make new Smalling offer in the coming hours, deal for Borja Mayoral still not closed

Roma are working to bring 2-3 more players before the transfer window shuts one week from today.

Sky Sport reports that the Giallorossi have not yet given up in their pursuit of Manchester United defender Chris Smalling.

The Giallorossi will, reportedly, make a new offer for the Englishman in the coming hours as they try to get the Red Devils to lower their asking price of €20 million.

For the attack, some problems emerged today in the negotiation between Roma and Real Madrid for Borja Mayoral.

The deal for the Spaniard was set to be finalised today but slight issues emerged during the final stretch of negotiations.
