Roma are working to secure two exits and generate revenue ahead of the FFP deadline on June 30.
The capital club are in close contact with Sassuolo who in turn have expressed interest in Cristian Volpato and Filippo Missori.
The two youngsters are predicted to depart the Italian capital in search of more playing time.
According to Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla, Roma GM Togo Pinto will meet with Sassuolo next week to negotiate the sale of both Volpato and Missori.
