Roma were able to generate enough revenue by the end of June as demanded by UEFA’s signed settlement agreement.
By generating €30 million in revenue, the club did not breach Financial Fair Play protocols.
However, La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Roma will still have to cover a fine due to a financial penalty the board should have complied with.
The fine will amount to €5 million, but Roma are said to be satisfied with their work over the first few weeks of the summer as they were able to avoid selling any valuable first players.
