Roma want to extend Mourinho’s stay in the capital until 2024, but the club are also prepared in case the Special One decided to leave.
As reported in today’s edition of Il Tempo, Mourinho is likely to remain at Roma until the expiry of his contract in 2024.
However, the capital club do not want to be caught off guard by the Portuguese technician’s future plans.
Therefore, the Italian newspaper claims that Roma president Dan Friedkin would be personally involved in the search and pursuit of another top coach to replace Mourinho at the end of the season.
