Roma owner Dan Friedkin is said to be fully focused on Roma despite the businessman’s recent interest in the purchase of Everton.
The American chairman of Roma and the Friedkin Group is in the race to take over Everton as well after signing on as Roma’s president in the fall of 2020.
A year ago these days the Friedkin invested in French football by purchasing Cannes, a fourth division team of which Ryan Friedkin, Roma’s vice-president, took over as president. But now the Texan family’s sights are turning directly towards England and the Premier League.
Dan Friedkin has in fact presented an offer to acquire Everton.
However, Il Tempo reports that Roma are still the Friedkin’s main asset and remain their priority.
Friedkin’s potential takeover of Everton would not prevent him from continuing to invest in Roma’s development.
