Roma are planning to renew their interest in Torino fullback Raoul Bellanova.

The Italian international remains Daniele De Rossi’s preferred candidate to strengthen the wings ahead of next season.

Thanks to his pace, Bellanova is deemed the ideal fit for De Rossi’s 4-3-3 system.

Initially, the capital club had been rumored to have reached an agreement with Bellanova and his entourage prior to the Euro’s.

However, Torino’s excessive demands deterred Roma from pursuing a deal then.

Yet, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Bellanova is still on Roma’s radar.

More importantly, Torino are still interested in out-of-favor Roma fullback Nicola Zalewski.

According to the newspaper, the Giallorossi are planning to include Zalewski in their upcoming round of talks for Bellanova.

The Polish wide man has only one year left on his contract with Roma and his inclusion could facilitate a deal for Torino’s Bellanova.
