This summer Roma are bound to undergo a major revolution.

The Giallorossi are already working to secure a new, revitalized roster for Daniele De Rossi ahead of next season.

The imminent appointment of the new sporting director will inevitably speed up several plans for the summer.

According to Il Messaggero, Roma will primarily focus on considerably slashing the wage bill which is currently the third highest in Serie A.

For this to happen, the club are already looking at the guaranteed departure of eight players in total, whose net wages amount to €24 million.

The newspaper lists the following players set to leave the club at the end of the season and their respective net salaries: Rick Karsdorp (€2.2 million), Rui Patricio (€3 million), Dean Huijsen (€800,000), Diego Llorente (€2.7 million), Rasmus Kristensen (€2 million), Leonardo Spinazzola (€3 million), Renato Sanches (€3.6 million), Sardar Azmoun (€1.7 million) and Romelu Lukaku (€7.5 million).
