Roma are reportedly interested in Lecce midfielder Morten Hjulmand in his first season in Italy’s top flight.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Hjulmand – with 14 Serie A appearances and two assists to his name so far – has caught the attention of several clubs and is now being linked with a move away from Lecce in the summer.
The Italian newspaper reports that Roma are among the teams to inquire about Hjulmand. The player is one of Tiago Pinto’s more heavily scouted profiles for Jose Mourinho’s midfield.
Atalanta, Eintracht Frankfurt and some Premier League clubs have also come knocking on Lecce’s door.
