The Friedkin Group are closing in on an important acquisition in the English Premier League.
After buying Roma in 2020 and French side Cannes in the nation’s fourth division last year, the American businessmen will shift their attention to England’s top flight next.
With a deal in place between Everton’s owner Farhad Moshiri and the Friedkin Group, new details are starting to emerge with regards to how the English side will become operative under the American regime.
As reported by Mark Douglas for inews, Roma vice-president Ryan Friedkin, son of chairman Dan Friedkin, will play a prominent role in Everton’s transformation in the coming months.
Ryan is already quite operative in Trigoria and plays an important link between Roma’s management in the form of CEO Lina Souloukou, director Florent Ghisolfi and coach Daniele De Rossi, and the upper management including his father who acts as the club’s president.
