Roma continue to eye reinforcements throughout the pitch.

Il Tempo has reported that the Giallorossi are continuing to work on finalising a deal for Chris Smalling, but there have been some delays due to slight disagreements with the defender’s agent in regards to commissions.

Along with Smalling, Roma are also trying to make a move for Armando Izzo of Torino. The Granata have slapped a €20 million price tag on the 28 year-old and would be open to considering a loan deal with an obligation to buy.

It’s even possible that Torino would be willing to accept a player in return for Izzo, who has made it clear he wants to move to the Italian Capital.
