Roma want to close for Vermaelen

The pressure of Roma for Thomas Vermaelen continues.

The Giallorossi are keen to close the operation for the central defender of Barcelona in the next 48-72 hours, reports Sky Sport. An agreement has not yet been found with the Catalans, but there aren’t many obstacles that would prevent a deal from being reached, but there is optimism. Sporting director Walter Sabatini is especially awaiting the final okay from Roma president James Pallotta.
