The January transfer window has been open for a week and at Roma they are already making assessments regarding possible incoming and outgoing operations.

A player who has always been highly regarded by everyone is Tommaso Baldanzi, a young playmaker who the Giallorossi bought from Empoli in January 2023.

In the current season there hasn’t been much space for him. The 21-year-old has made 14 appearances in Serie A, one in the Coppa Italia and 4 in the Europa League for a total of 769 minutes, in which he managed to score 2 goals and provide an assist.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, however, the club’s trust in him is intact and Baldanzi himself has no intention of leaving the capital.

At the moment there do not seem to be the conditions for his transfer in January, neither on loan nor permanently.
