In January, Roma will want to make two investments for the incoming market. At the same time, the Giallorossi are working toward several exits from the club.
First and foremost, Corriere dello Sport reports that Tiago Pinto will try and off-load Santon and Fazio. The two veterans have been excluded from Roma’s plans earlier in the summer and despite receiving numerous offers from Italy and abroad, they decided to stay in the capital.
The club’s hope is to find a suitable solution in January that will rid Roma of their wages.
The Italian newspaper also claims that among the out-going parties are Amadou Diawara and Gonzalo Villar. The latter is closely followed by Atletico de Madrid.
On the other hand, former Primavera players Edoardo Bove and Ebrima Darboe are expected to remain with the first team. At this point in time Roma do not plan on loaning them out as Mourinho has shown confidence in the two youngsters.
