Roma will re-open talks for Feghouli

Il Tempo: Luciano Spalletti launched another ‘warning’ on the transfer market yesterday, “We’re working, I’m with the club and with my players, but problems will arrive in February when we have 11-12 matches in 40 days if we don’t have the right number of players.”

It was a message to Massara that was not so thinly veiled: please hurry! With the limited economic resources available and difficult negotiations, Massara has encountered problems this winter. The continuous up and down in negotiations with West Ham for Feghouli has created an unavoidable delay, which wasn’t helped by the case of Payet. The English club has decided to reject the first assault of the Giallorossi, while putting off all talks until this week. Meanwhile, Massara is studying alternative solutions (in France) while also keeping alive the already opened and advanced talks.

The track for Jesé is still open but Roma have doubted surrounding his character. Meanwhile, Musonda of Chelsea is also difficult. In the coming days, Roma will try to advance on the market and make their next move: re-open the channel for Feghouli or abandon those talks and go for a new target.
