Roma work on agreement with Porto for Oliveira’s fee

Sergio Oliveira is doing his best to impress Roma in order for the capital club to invest in him as a long-term solution.

His permanent signing seems inevitable by now, as the Giallorossi are very happy with his impact on the team.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Tiago Pinto is working on finalizing an agreement with Porto with regards to Oliveira’s fee.

The Portuguese director wants to obtain a small discount on the 29-year-old.

Ideally, Roma would offer €10 million plus bonuses for the experienced midfielder, whereas the initial agreement consisted of €13 million in total.

Oliveira has already become a key player for Mourinho: 12 appearances across all competitions, including 3 goals and 1 assist.
