Roma working to complete deal for Olympiakos’ Mady Camara

Roma have identified Olympiakos midfielder Mady Camara as the suitable replacement for Gini Wijnaldum who is expected to miss the next few months with a fractured tibia.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, Roma are in contact with Olympiakos for Camara. The player has already given his OK for the move to happen.

Newly promoted Serie A side Monza have also been tracking the player but Roma are now deemed favorites to land the 25-year-old Guinean international. Tiago Pinto is working to close the deal on the basis of a loan with option to buy.

The capital club want to close the deal as soon as possible in order to have Camara right away at Mourinho’s disposal.
