Tomorrow will be a key day for Alessandro Florenzi’s future. The player is on the verge of joining AC Milan in the coming days.
According to Sky Sport, General Manager Tiago Pinto is scheduled to return tomorrow to the Italian capital (after his business meetings in London) where he will meet with Alessandro Lucci, Florenzi’s agent.
Milan and the player’s entourage want to close the deal as soon as possible. Initially, Pioli’s side wanted to bring Florenzi on loan with an option to buy. However, Roma are pushing to make the deal permanent.
Tiago Pinto’s return to Rome will serve to accelerate the deal and find a compromise: 30-year-old Florenzi will most likely join Milan on loan with an obligation to buy once certain conditions are met.
