Roma know just how important their highly desired Champions League qualification at the end of the season could turn out to be for the club’s transfer plans.
One of the situations that the Giallorossi want to address as soon as possible is the future of Dean Huijsen who has impressed everyone at the club – including Daniele De Rossi – in his first two months in the capital, since joining Roma in January.
According to ForzaRoma.info, Huijsen is on very good terms with everyone, teammates and management alike, and has already made it clear that he would be open to staying for another year at Roma.
The news portal suggests that Huijsen and his father are still open to this idea and are yet to discuss their plans with the player’s parent club, Juventus.
Given that Huijsen has drawn a lot of interest from abroad, with clubs like Borussia Dortmund and Leipzig inquiring about him, Roma know that the only way to convince him to extend his stay in the capital would be if the Giallorossi were to qualify for next year’s Champions League.
