Following a disappointing evening in the Derby della Capitale where a crucial mistake on his part helped Lazio score the winning goal, Roger Ibanez has been dealt another tough blow.
The Roma defender has not been included in Tite’s list for Brazil’s upcoming World Cup campaign in Qatar.
As reported by UEL Esporte, Tite has called up 24 players and is now evaluating three additional names for the defense: Juve’s Bremer, Dani Alves and Lucas Verissimo.
Thus, Ibanez’s hopes of making his first World Cup appearance for the national team will have to be postponed for another four years.
