Romelu Lukaku is set to start in tonight’s Europa League fixture versus Slavia Praha.

The Belgian striker proved to be Roma’s hero of the night on Sunday, scoring the winner at the death against Lecce.

Now, Lukaku has the chance to continue his positive Europa League streak going.

According to Corriere della Sera, Lukaku is aiming to match the record of none other than Francesco Totti by scoring in the first 4 consecutive Europa League group stage games.

In the summer of 2009, Totti scored 10 goals in the opening 4 games of the European competition. Lukaku could match this record tonight and then aim for Rudi Voller and Edin Dzeko’s all-time Roma record of scoring in 5 consecutive European games.
