Romelu Lukaku will not be available for tomorrow night’s match with Brighton.
The Belgian striker did not train with the team leading up to today’s trip to England where Roma will face Brighton in the return leg of the Europa League round of 16.
According to Sky Sport, Lukaku was not on the team’s flight today and will be replaced by Sardar Azmoun on Thursday evening.
His conditions remains unclear ahead of the weekend fixture with Sassuolo.
