Romelu Lukaku travels to Italy ahead of Roma move

Romelu Lukaku is on his way to the Italian capital ahead of his highly anticipated move to Roma.

Earlier today, the Belgian attacker boarded Roma President Dan Friedkin’s private jet alongside other club officials including General Manager Tiago Pinto, Vice-President Ryan Friedkin and CEO Lina Souloukou.

According to Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo, the plane took off a few minutes ago from London Luton airport in the direction of Bruxelles where Lukaku is scheduled to pick members of his family.

Afterwards, the plane will fly to Ciampino airport in Rome with the arrival time set at 17h00 (CEST).
