Rui completes Napoli medical

Mario Rui has completed his medical ahead of a move to Roma.

The Portuguese left-back was at Villa Stuart this morning to conduct his medical examinations with the Parthenopei, after which he will sign his contract with the club and complete a loan move with an obligation to buy for €2.2 million for the loan and €7 million for the obligation.

After his medical, Rui spoke to awaiting media members saying: “I was fine at Roma, I’m sorry for how it ended. I am glad to be under Sarri again as he is a manager who has given me so much.”
