Roma goal-keeper Rui Patricio dedicated a farewell message to Jose Mourinho, thanking him for his confidence and trust through the two and a half years in the Italian capital.
The news of Mourinho departing the Giallorossi earlier today were taken hard by some members of the team including Patricio who joined Roma the same year as Mourinho. He was the Special One’s first signing of the summer in 2021.
“Mister, I thank you for trusting me to take this journey together,” Patricio wrote on Instagram.
“Thank you for the admiration, respect and friendship we have always shared! A big hug also to all the technical staff, wishing you the best for the next challenges! See you soon.”
