Former Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini spoke today at the University Roma Tre, here are his words:
“Today is a sad day for me because Monchi to Roma is nearly official. He’s an extraordinary guy who has done amazing things in terms of ‘plusvalenza’.”
“Until October, I was the sporting director of Roma. I’ve been thrown-off by this decision, I hated losing Roma. Roma was my life. Now, out of politeness, I will try to think of something else. I am a sick man, not doing well. What was done at Roma in recent years, in terms of ‘plusvalenza’ is important.”
