Salernitana head coach Filippo Inzaghi analyzed his side’s defeat to Roma.

In his post-match interview with DAZN, Inzaghi – who is currently engaged in a battle against relegation with his team – said, “As in the match with Genoa, with a shot on goal we conceded two goals.”

“These guys are fantastic,” he said of his player. “We had 12 shots against a strong team. Sooner or later the tide will turn for us because we’re still able to dominate despite having a limited roster. I can only compliment the team.”

“I think we should have had more counterattacks but at the end we were visibly tired. Still, tonight’s performance was good and a sign of good things to come.”
