Roma find themselves in search of a new goalkeeper this January after the struggles of both Pau Lopez and Antonio Mirante.
One of the names that is being linked to the Giallorossi is a familiar one that could be on the move next month: Torino’s Salvatore Sirigu.
Luca Branchini, the agent of the Italian shot-stopper, preferred to avoid discussing his client’s future, which has recently come under speculation after he lost his starting place.
“Sirigu’s future? I want to respect Torino, who are really struggling right now. I appreciate that Giampaolo recognises Salvatore’s commitment and professionalism,” he stated to Tuttomercatoweb Radio.
“Each manager uses his own resources to try and reverse a negative trend, so Giampaolo must be respected. When the moment arrives we’ll be able to talk about other things.”
